Our olive oils have a low and very low acidity and are yellow and
light green in colour. They smell and taste like fresh fruits,
sometimes with hints of almond, with remarkable sensations of
bitterness, green and spicy.
Olives originate from the region (varieties that compose the
Trás-os-Montes Protected Designation of Origin: Cordovil,
Verdeal, Madural and Cobrançosa).
They can be used for various culinary applications such as
seasoning, cooking and also frying.
